After having to focus almost exclusively on online content for the last couple of months, I’m heading back to street ministry this week. I’ve talked to my bosses at Open Air Campaigners, I’ve consulted legal counsel (the Pacific Justice Institute), and I’ve been given the green light to start street ministry again. Some might say I didn’t need to jump through all those hoops, but I want to set an example not only in boldness, but in wisdom, and it is wise to seek counsel in difficult circumstances. Now I’m ready, and I’m so excited to be returning to street ministry that I can’t express it in words. Please be in prayer not only for me, but for the many desperate and hopeless people I’m likely to run into. I also have a couple other projects and events going. I’ve started a new YouTube video series where I’ll be teaching evangelism in short videos, so that people can watch and re-watch them more easily, and so the concepts will be easier to digest. I’m working on a new weekly kids meeting through my church as well. We’re calling in Sketch Board Stories Live!, and I’ll be broadcasting via Facebook Live from the Home Church Kids and Family page today starting at 2:30PM. I you have little ones around you, come and join us.
